Meet Lindsay

Lindsay Nohl - Life Coach - Teton Valley, Idaho

My story.

Since childhood I’ve devoted my life to forward motion.

Whether it's chasing down a soccer ball, teaching leadership in the mountains, or racing my mountain bike in the desert – movement has always been THE priority.

I deeply believe that both physical movement and emotional movement are equally important. Having the courage to take action to live the life you want is one of the most challenging and rewarding things we get to do as humans.

In 2019, all forward movement came to a screeching stop for me, literally & figuratively. I crashed my mountain bike, hit my chin, and suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that upended every facet of my life – my mental & physical health, job, home, & relationship. It all crumbled away and I was left with just my sheer will to stay alive.

While navigating a mountain of uncertainty, I realized how much fear had subconsciously been getting in my way before the accident. Making a big career move, having tough conversations, doing solo backcountry adventures… I had been living scared and not admitting it to myself.

As I slowly healed from the TBI, I adopted the phrasef%$ it, why not?as how I wanted to unabashedly live life moving forward. I’d lost it all, which meant that I had nothing left to lose.

My life journey and my own work completing a coach training program has led me to the realization that my passion is helping people push aside their fears and discover just how strong and capable they are – through reflection, movement, and experiences.

Everyday, I’m grateful to be alive and for the possibility to help motivate, inspire, and support you towards becoming a better version of yourself.
